Apricots are a delicately flavored fruit known for their tender texture and natural sweetness. Grown on 50 hectares of orchard land, they are low in calories and a good source of dietary fiber, supporting healthy digestion. Apricots provide important vitamins, including vitamin A (from beta-carotene) and vitamin C, which support vision, skin health, and immune function, along with potassium and other essential minerals. Harvested from mid-June to mid-July, their natural antioxidants contribute to overall cellular protection and wellbeing.
