After hydrocooling and temperature-controlled buffer storage, our cherries are transferred to the grading and packing line. There, the fruit is gently washed and sorted according to size, colour, and quality, while cherries with defects are removed.

Each buyer has specific requirements for fruit size, colour, quality, packaging, and presentation. Our flexible packing line is designed to meet these precise specifications and support a wide range of plastic and carton formats, from 500 grams to 5 kilograms.

Once packed, the finished product is transferred to dedicated cold storage, where optimal temperature and humidity are maintained until dispatch to our partners worldwide.

By managing sorting and packaging within our own facility, We maintain full control over gentle handling, product consistency, food safety, and traceability throughout the post-harvest process. Planned in accordance with GLOBALG.A.P. requirements and applicable EU export standards, the facility is scalable and designed to grow alongside our orchard production.
