GlobalG.A.P. Certification: Our Commitment to Responsible Farming
Naughty Orchards began its journey in March 2023 with the planting of its first cherry trees on 43 hectares of fertile land in Armenia’s Armavir region. What started as an ambitious vision quickly grew into the country’s largest cherry orchard, expanding in 2024 to a total of 140 hectares of cherries through intensive agricultural practices and the planting of over 110,000 trees.
Today, Naughty Orchards spans 262 hectares of intensively developed orchards, including 140 hectares of cherries and 122 hectares of other premium fruit crops such as apricots, plums, apples, and pomegranates. Our cherry portfolio features carefully selected premium varieties, including Sweet Gabriel, Sweet Lorenz, Carmen, Kordia, and Regina.
Quality is embedded from the ground up. Our trees are sourced from Vitafruit SRL, one of Europe’s leading nurseries and our long-term nursery and agronomic partner. All orchards are equipped with modern drip irrigation systems supported by 262,000 square meters of on-site water reservoirs and protected by anti-hail netting to ensure stable yields and sustainable production.
As we grow, so does our infrastructure. We are developing 500-tonne refrigerated storage facilities and a modern cherry assembly line to ensure careful handling, sorting, and packaging. Currently in the process of obtaining GlobalG.A.P. certification, we operate as a family-owned business guided by responsibility, transparency, and a long-term commitment to producing premium-quality fruit for global markets.
