Plums are a refreshing and nutrient-rich fruit, valued for their juicy flesh and naturally balanced sweetness. Grown on 12 hectares of orchard land, they are relatively low in calories while providing dietary fiber that supports digestion and overall gut health. Plums contain vitamins such as vitamin C and vitamin K, along with potassium and other minerals that contribute to heart and muscle function. Naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, they help protect cells from oxidative stress and are harvested from the beginning of September to the end of October to ensure optimal flavor and quality.
