The 2027 sweet cherry season at Naughty Orchards starts in May. Here is what buyers can plan for.
Orchard and varieties. 140 hectares of cherries in Armenia’s Armavir region, with five premium varieties: Sweet Gabriel, Sweet Lorenz, Carmen, Kordia and Regina. Harvest runs from May to July and closes with Regina in mid-July.
Volume and specification. We expect a 1,000 t export allocation for 2027. Calibers: 30–34 mm, 28–34 mm and 24–28 mm. Sugar: 16–22° Brix.
After picking. Fruit is hydrocooled to a 1 °C core within four hours, sorted one by one by AI optical calibration, and shipped in an unbroken 1–2 °C cold chain. Naughty Orchards is GLOBALG.A.P. certified for cherries (GGN 4069453680968).
Terms. DAP is our standard term, and DDP is available on request. The minimum order is one truck, and mixed loads are allowed. Packaging runs from 500 g punnets to 5 kg crates, and private label is possible. Samples are available from early June.
