Shalakh is an iconic Armenian apricot variety, treasured for its large fruit, delicate golden-yellow skin and sweet, aromatic flesh with low acidity. It is one of the most celebrated fresh-eating apricots of the Armenian Highlands.
Season. We pick Shalakh from mid-June to mid-July on 50 hectares in Armenia’s Armavir region.
Specification. Calibers: 45 mm+ (70%) and 55 mm+ (30%). Sugar: about 18° Brix. About 1,200 t expected.
Packing and terms. Packed to your specification. DAP is our standard term, and DDP is available on request. The minimum order is one truck, and mixed loads are allowed.
